Lose the fart noise maker and it will sound amazingly better. Put a Dynomax Super Turbo on and relish in the low tones of your exhaust and the loud screams of the supercharger.

You wont think it, but the extra 400-500 rpms do make a difference.

Because im trying to enjoy my motor for a lil bit before it probably blows up. Im gonna drive it hard when im on the track. when i drive it around town i barely get on it. to NOT be a fag and try n kill someone.

x2 i hope you don't have that rksport underdrive pulley still instaled that is in your profile

Yea, an underdrive pulley will decrease your S/C speed and boost.

nice build.
more track, less street yet again.
Yeah, you gotta do something else with the exhaust.
Nice progress though.

Just as I expected.....JL & Thomas jump into an otherwise clean thread and start preaching the "to the track" crap again. Really? It's just lame and makes you guys sound like a bunch of little bitches.
Dude, we get it. Everybody shouldn't go beyond the speed limit, but just once, can't you stay out of a thread and not comment if you don't like what you see. Didn't your mom at least teach you those manners?? If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all. You don't need to take on the responsibility of using that same "track" line to every one that goes fast.
BTW- I was a premi member here for several months and quit paying to support the negative BS on this site. Like I said, if so, many guys (like yourself) would just quit with the "let me post in here so he can feel how negative I am" routine this site would be a whole lot better and I'd pay to be here again. But, the sad thing is that this site is a real downer and is full of disrespectful people.
Notice the difference being that this OP can actually take it and be civil, so I was polite and civil in return. Unlike Skunk's over the top cry baby replies and @!#$... or apparently your need to get all defensive and pissy to defend things and people in arguments you otherwise were not a part of.
back on topic though, do you(the OP), know why the CEL is on?

How much boost is it running now?

Yeh it was a P0452 Evap Pressure Sensor voltage to Low/Short. And i just fixed it just got done with the test drive to make sure it was fixed. It was because i didnty have the purge soleniod vacuum line hooked up to anything. I figured it would be ok to vent to the EVAP to the atmosphere. Apparently OBDII was on top of it and had other plans. But w/e just tied that vacuum line for that into the one that goes to the bypass valve. works great and no more CEL.

5 pounds when i first step on it and 7 at high rpms. It seems low but i think it has something to do with my header and 2.5" exhaust. I know that boost is a measure of resistance in the engine. So the more flow at the same CFM is less resistance = less boost. Right? Im running a tsudo header to a full 2.5" exahust.. should i keep this header its flows good. the better the engine can breathe more top end HP but less torque right? should i stick with this header or get a new one?
CarDomain http://www.cardomain.com/id/TMald123
Boost level seems low, even when I changed exhaust I was still seeing 9psi or so.
Couple quick things, I know my intake gasket was all bent up, did you end up replacing it? I also used hi temp silicone on that gasket to make sure the intake sealed. I'm assuming you got the tb opening up all the way now right? Get it to the track I suppose, your traps will tell us if it was boosting correctly

Yeh i got a new intake manifold gasket and and i used copper spray a gasket hi temp sealant. on it. also got a new pig tail for the cobalt map sensor to make that work. Also the throttle plate it opening 100% cant push it anymore than the pedal opens it. But listen to this. When i test drove it i hoked it up to a friends tuner/ scanner program and it was only reading 83% throttle @ WOT. why is that is my TPS bad? i dont think that would affect boost but it could affect the tuning. thoughts?
