I did, they take care of the roof, siding, exterior paint and trim, sidewalk, driveway, snow removal, leaf removal, lawn care, bush and tree triming, gutter cleaning, everything land scaping related, scavenger removal, indoor and outdoor pool maintnance, common insurance etc.... They don't take care of the doors or windows and the fence is not part of the association, you can have one if you want to build one and they will stain it yearly and mainain it but the structure of it is not a standard thing so it's not their responsibility.
Im not sure how/why that's supossed to be funny though????
dogs are cool! looks pretty clean for a fence!
