I do not post on here as often as I should but I just thought I would provide a few pics and some updates for my car for the 2010 season. In all honesty I had no intentions of having the car out and about this season but I decided I wanted one full last season with it and wanted some final numbers for the build and setup.
Current setup is a Precision sc61 .82a/r hotside, 1050cc Bosch high imp. injectors and lots of other goodies. For this season I added a Devilsown Progressive Meth Injection setup on the car as well as duel fuel pumps running my in tank Walbro 255 and a Bosch 044 inline pump, I have to give a shout out and thanks to Brandon Fetter for all his help answering my questions about getting the setup in and working correctly.
The current setup is tuned for 27psi on pump and 32psi on 110 race gas. My plan right now is to make it to the dyno in late June once I have a bit more time to dial in the meth on the car. As of right now I haven't tuned the meth at all just using it to keep the IAT and EGT's down a bit.
Last season on a t60-1 @ 15psi the car put down 380whp/370wtq. That felt SLOW compared to the car in it's current setup
As always comments, questions, and critisism are welcome.
Here's a few pics of the car and some of the upgrades for this season. Pardon some of the crappy cell phone pics...

lovin that polished HO mani, 32 psi is wild, vids?

Absolutely love it! Love the raw look without the idi cover, and with the right tune this motor has to be close to 600whp!
Few questions for ya..
1. I see your using the stock rail, did you put a dif fitting on the end or is the ss hose connected to the stock press fit fitting on the end? If soo got a part number for the fitting or size?
2. Is that the synapse bov? How you liking it?
3. Are you only using a 38mm wg? If soo hows it holding and what you using for boost control?
Thanks and anxiously waiting to see some numbers from this thing!
No vids sorry... I really rarely even take pics of the car lol.
Thanks for the compliments guys, to answer the questions the rail is stock but drilled out slightly larger and the fitting on the end is an 8AN bung welded onto the rail. The stock fitted was cut out and removed. I love the Synapse BOV, no flutter or surge at all and it's not retardedly blowing off everytime I tap the gas. I ran a Greddy Type RS on the car before and this is far superior IMO. As far as the 38mm wastegate i'm running pretty high boost and larger wastegates are really only necessary for low boost control. I am not running a boost by gear setup or anything but if I was I would likely need to upgrade to something larger. This car was not built for the strip at all... I plan to track it a few times this season for fun to see what it will trap but I have no ambitious goals for track times... it's a highway warrior for the most part
The boost controller is a Hallman manual. I ran the Greddy Profec last year and did not like it, I saw inconsistent boost and some overboost. With the Hallman what I set it at is what I get plus it's simple

Thanks a ton man! You've definately helped me out along the way with some tuning questions and whatnot as well so many thanks to you as well. Right now the car is running pretty damn well... cruising is awesome and the car made it on a 400ish mile road trip a couple weeks ago to Carlisle and back.

RIP JESSE GERARD.....Youll always be in my thoughts and prayers...
i remember talking to you a few years back at carlisle when you were still running the gm s/c setup.
car's looking good. can't wait to see what kind of numbers you put down! a little bummed that i didn't get down to see it @ carlisle this year.
Thanks a ton for all the compliments! Right now i'm actually fairly content with the car... reliability has been decent for awhile now and the performance is just insane... the car is an absolute monster at this boost level. Right now i'm working on getting the fuel tuned in exactly where I want my AFR's and adding a little bit of timing into the car with the meth. Once that is wrapped up i'll schedule my dyno time and get some official numbers. Last season on the smaller turbo setup my goal was 400 and I came up short due to tuning issues on the dyno. Those have since been fixed and a bigger turbo and better overall setup is on the car... I no longer have a set number in mind I just want to push it pretty damn hard
