Oh, I was told it could of been something in the valve body that failed. So, who knows.

Yup, I dun did it!
Today I got the 2 3 holes drilled for the clutch master cylinder. I also installed a tilt steering wheel, that is a blessing.
Trey hooked me up with his 1 of 3 sets of Z24 red speckled front and back seats. Car is being transformed guys. This is the biggest project Ive done since the actual 2.4l swap back in 06. The engine bay is gonna be sprayed after its shaven and tranny mounts welded in. Slow progress is progress!

Nice. You're gunna love manual. I just bought a 6 speed Z06 and the difference between driving it vs my auto cav is amazing even though they both run the same times. Manual is so much more fun. Now I just gotta swap mine over like you so I actually want to drive the cav again.

No real progress as of yet, car is going to my buddies house this weekend to get the mountes welded in. This is taking longer than I thought it would. We move next week from my 1 car garage townhouse into a new house, so been busy with that packing and stuff. I still need to Splice, solder and modify the new engine harness and body harness to my liking. This project will take me into the winter, mainly because my 10 month old doesn't let me out of her site. I don't mind, this lets me make sure the car is going to be how I like it.

Tranny is mocked in, mounts welded. Time to shave the firewall some, make the rack a manual one, and throw some paint here and there hehe

Thanks Guys.
Darren, the easiest way to describe it is the two lines coming off rack will go into a billet breather filter, inside that breather filter will be a little bit of fluid. This enables constant lubrication and a way for air to escape throughout the breather. My fab guy has had this done for years without any problems. It should be done soon, so I will have pics of the whole setup.
Question, do the brake lines go in front or behind the rear mount stock?

As for the brake lines, it depends which lines you are using. When doing a getrag swap and keeping the 95-99 lines, I run them behind the mount.

Are the lines different on 00-05's than the 95-99's or just personal preference on where to run them?? I know that the 00-05's run in front of the mount

Yeah, the lines are different from 95-99 and 2000+.
When I do the getrag swap and keep the 95-99 lines, its easier to run them behind the mount.
I'm sure the baby has been keeping you busy, but any more progress/updates?
