list for n/a setup

i want to build my engine up. its the 02 2.4. i was thinking about boosting but i dont want to worry about the up keep and all the headaches that tend to come with it. and it seems like everyone is boosted now adays. so what would be some good things to upgrade and what brands are good. this is the list i have in my head so far...
full exhaust-header back with 2 1/4 pipe high flow everything
cam swap from 2.3
2.3 intake manifold
59mm TB
pistons and rods-(i would need high compression for n/a correct?)

their is more but im tired and cant think. so please add to the list. i only have the b&g shift plus and a wai. im also upgrading the shocks, springs, sway bars, tower bars.....blah blah....im looking to spend around 2000-3000 at most. ill do all the work if possible. so thats 2-3000 on just parts for the motor.
help me out here. it is a daily driver also. might get a 50 or 75 shot nitrous kit after the motor is built too. just looking to do a nice little sleeper. thanks for the info people. i appreciate it.

Heres a few:
1-lightweight crank pulley
2-engine and transmission mounts
3-lightweight flywheel
4-performance clutch
5-port and polished head
6-short shifter
7-Your probably going to want to find some clevite bearings too if your putting in rods and pistons
8-valve job/grind
9-maybe an msd ignition(not sure if this is too important for N/A though)

There are some N/A's over 200whp, Karo is at 250whp b4 the juice. I dont know what I`m running but hope to find out soon.
