that was hard to read.

all intakes are pretty much the same, and you can even make one. all depends on how much money you want to waste.

to help you a little maybe- i bought one from ebay just as a stage...which i am still in that stage, but it has done fine for me- its just an apc high flow intake- you can see it on my cardomain page-

and the above people are right, they are all pretty much the same...

Get the bomz for the price you can't go wrong .. I have 1 on my 96 Z and it has given me no problems ... I go the long tube 1 (comes in 2 pieces), this make it a cold air (out of the engine compartment) intake for the spring/summer time. I take the extra tube back off for the fall/winter so I don't have to worry about the high water we get around here.

Hit 200 NA it broke once, Hit 213 it broke again,
Hitting 300 NA is further away than I thought.

an intake is an intake. build one for $50 and save yourself some money. or spend $200 on a name brand and get a pretty decal

if money is no object then get a name brand. one that you make is most likely not as sturdy or has lesser air flow possibly.....so i guess what im trying to say is why be cheap if u dont have to?

Speed costs money, how fast do you want to go?
