yes, otherwise you will have a leak and it will be very loud and annoying.

i have a spare laying around I think....
but yeha you need one, dealership charges liek $50 for them or something rediculous
im not completely sure but i think you can re-use the factory gasket...if you have the metal one. my header came with a copper gasket and ill know by tomorrow night if it can be reused...im taking my header off and i couldnt find a factory gasket anywhere even close to local.
