interior isn't bad, maybe tighten up the seat covers a bit so they aren't so wrinkled...
as for the exterior, remove all that vinyl and wash the car. look into lowering it, that will help it look better.
first of all, lose the graphics, ALL OF IT, people know it is a sunfire...second, lose the seat covers, they don't match your door panel color, you said limited cash, thats a problem in this "hobbie" the stuff you are doing is geared towards people with limited cash, and you are seeing the outcome, you ned to establish a plan, and save for those things, mods that are hot, cost money, plain and simple.
If your going w/ decals i think you need to do it the old school way, one line down the side of the door, that blue APC doesnt look like it lines up, invest in some rims, that should be your first step

i dont think the interior looks too bad, the seats dont totally match, but then again, its hard to find some that will... but i would try to tighten them like Cannon said.
and buy my wheels and tires, they'd look hot on your car...
and then lower it

*****Seat covers---- stretched to my best ability, but starting to crack, so some all blue racing seats to match are being price quoted
***** Started prep work on more of my interior. Hopefully moslty everything will be either blue or white (excluding the vinyl dash until i can get the right dye) within the next few months
*****when I get paid in April, plus birthday money = Cavalier bezel and tails, plus 17 or 18" rims, let me know what would look good, good sites for rims, or what is a good price for all season?

personally i think rims are not the first thing you need to worry about...
rims on a car that doesnt look good = a car that still doesnt look good but its wheels shine
a car with clean hubcaps on a car that looks good= a car that still looks good
a car that already looks good- with rims added to it = tits
use your money on something else and wait on rims
what do you suggest to do first?
start with the little things...belive it or not they make just as much of a difference as the big things....
examples
-have your mirros painted white
-have your door handles painted white
-get a shorter antenna or shave it off
-get your windows tinted ( professionally)
-a new hood with eyelids or have someone mold eyelids to your current hood ( a new hood would also fix your superman logo problem)

once you have the small things out of the way then probably do a kit, lower it, rims etc

^^ Four door sunfires and cavaliers share the same rear end.
when you said have mirrors painted white, just the mirror, or the black triangle trim around it. found a pic of someone who did the mirror and door handles, woudl this be how i shoudl do it?
Also what about the black trim around the windows, that seems like a mother to paint, and it would get very dirty also. Also its very minor detail, but shoudl i go through the trouble of having the keyhole painted also?
