whats up everyone, i'm a new member to the site and i haven't had a chance to look everything over yet. but i hope someone can help me with upgrades to my '03 cav. i'm looking for a quality stage I turbo kit. i have only been able to find a Haas turbo kit going for $3,299. is it a reliable company and do i have any alternative companies that will not drain my wallet? any guidance would be appreciated. thanks.

Blown.

threads in the boost forum have stated haas as an unreliable company. i dont have personal experience to back that up. however, hahn's kit is pretty sharp. i would check that out.

The only thing I dont like about the Hahn just looking at the picture is the intercooler.

Haas is no good. don't buy from them, a good friend of mine had terrible experiences with them and it spawned a lonnnggg thread about all our problems with them. Hahn seems to have a good turbo kit. RSM also makes a supercharger for the ecotec, but its pricey.

thats an easy fix. any universal greddy intercooler could be used isntead. although i think the only thing wrong with the hahn intercooler are some unclean welds. i imagine it functions perfectly fine.

If I'm not mistaken the Hahn intercooler has the hot pipe and cold pipe both on the left side of the car. And the intercooler sticks out pretty far below the front bumper. Thats not a easy fix. You put a different intercooler on the car you have to redo your cold side piping.
