From what I understand they come factory with sideskirts that look similar to the Boomex style and a spoiler that looks like a rip off of the 97+ eclipse GST and front and rear lip kits

could be dealership rice like the z22. someone could of traded a cav in w/ that and they just called it an "extreme cavalier" and raised the price on it

It's pure dealer rice. They have the same side skirt and bumper as any cavalier. Same thing with the Sunfire. If you take a look at the selling sheet in the window, it's a base cavalier with 1 or 2 option. The other thing is one big ugly sticker that come with it on each side.

i saw one at super chevy show last year in Indy...and got a brochure on it. i'll scan it and post it in a minute. the "xtreme tuner body kit" comes with: front fascia cover, rear bumper cover, and side rocker panels.

ok here's the pics. if anyone would like a larger version, let me know.
and btw, i don't think they actually went into production because one of my friends and I was talking to the guy at super chevy where the car was (the same one on the brochure - i have some real pics of it also if anyone is interested, along with some of the yellow turbo sport) and he told us he didn't think chevy was going to put the kit into production. but i may be wrong, i just never heard nothing else about it, and haven't seen any myself.
the xtreme had a cool paint job, yellow fading to green, and had a GM supercharger.

uhhhh no it's not. how about you read again. the second pic it plainly says - "This cavalier started with the xtreme tuner body kit....................."

chevy came out with this kit, and how i took it from the gm official, was to let people customize their cavalier to look somewhat like a turbo sport. BUT it definitly was NOT a turbo sport. They had both cars parked side by side....the xtreme and the turbo sport, and they were different. For one, the xtreme had a stock 2.2 ecotec with a GM supercharger. but i don't think GM put the kit into production, although it is officially licensed, so if you call GM you might be able to get one. It says on the brochure that the coupe part # is 3091600, and the sedan one is part # 3091610

oh yeah and the turbo sport is a 2002 model....the xtreme kit is made for 03-up. you can see by the tail lights in the second pic.

I believe Darkstars, and a few other people on the org have that kit. It looks pretty good, imo. I was considering that kit last spring before I bought my drift kit. It was being sold off of the GM parts website, I'm not sure if it still is or not, now that they have discontinued the cavalier.

He has pics at: http://www.projectdarkstars.com/

Hopefully he wont mind me posting that...

yeah, as already stated, the only real extreme cavalier would be gm's official aftermarket kit and the like. you can order that stuff from them (sorry no link) but from what i understand it's pricey. it does look very good.
