I have a 2000 cavalier coupe and i feel that the engine is to weak for me some i am asking if anybody knows if i can do a engine swap with the new cavalier.
and how much would it really cost to do one?and also where could i get the engine?

you can swap a 2.4, a 2.2 eco, or the 3800 Supercharged engine in your car.
the swap will cost a lot less if you do it yourself. but if you have a shop to do it for you, id say save your money and get a newer car with a better engine.
and you can find these engines in a salvage yard

2000 Cavaliers have pretty much the weakest engine they've ever put in a Cavy. Yes, you can definitely do an engine swap with an Ecotec (which you can probably find at a junkyard if you search for one), however if you can't do the majority of the work yourself, you're probably better off buying a new car. If that's not an option you can pickup a nitrous system for around 600$.
