Host them on like Imageshack.us or tinypic.com
Then if you look at your icon thingy above the message box you should see the smiley face button... click the one to the left of that! Then insert the address where the image was hosted and walla!
Make sure that the pics are resized first if they are too small otherwise everyone will complain!
