How similar is a 2005 cavalier to previous years?
Tuesday, April 12, 2005 11:07 AM
I recently purchased a 2005 cavalier and want to trick it out. What I'm finding is that a lot of aftermarket parts only go up to 2004. Does anyone know how similar 2005 models are to 2004? Can I use 2004 aftermarket parts and have them work in my 2005?

They are exactly the same, the 02 eco engine was the only one that was slightly different.

Most shops that state "19XX-2004 models only" probably just havent updated yet.
