just wondering, are the laws the same as most US states? like inside legal,parked legal, outside illegal, driving illegal? right now i have a pulsing neon under dash that plugs into cigarette lighter, thats ok right?

In the states, at least in Minnesota, some one from the MNJ's auctually emailed the attorney generals office, and they found out that as long as the source of the light is below the lowest window its perfectly, even in motion. But thats just one state.

well as far as i know in ny you may go to the police station and ask the cop at the conter to look at a book of vehicle laws thats how i found out that in new york no matter what you do to your exhaust system it's techniqally illegal

Here in Saskatchewan it's legal to have any lights as long as they are not on while driving (with the exeption of amber, red in the rear half, white in the front half). Though even if you have them off the cops still tend to hassle you, or at least remember your car.

and in Ontario, all lights have to be under your dash. You won't be bothered for them if they are under the dash that much, well I guess it depends on what area you're in also, I know since I am in the middle of nowhere, I don't get bothered for anything, ha ha

NEON LIGHTS ARE NOT ILLEGAL UNDERNEATHE THE CAR .. even while driving.. i have been to court about 5 times for them now i have a slip i carry in my car that the court has dismissed it. 99% of the time they will write you up for VC24003 which the first word of the code says INTERIOR lighting.. thats just my quick thing on underbodys seems to amaze alot of people. im sure someone will say BS so i will get all the codes n copy them out if need be..lol i never get pulled over for them anymore in palm springs, ca ... although still got the limo tint, exhaust and blue blinkers..lol

i live in the Stoney Creek-Winona area, anybody who live in the city calls us booneyvillers lol thanks guys for helping me out, thought this board would be dead cuz nobody likes me
