Thinking of painting OR just polishing my valve cover. If I deside to polish is it necessary to take the valve cover off and whether I polish it or paint it do I have to be concerned about torque renching the bolts to a certain tightness?

and finally what do you guys think....polish it real shinny or paint it to match the AEM Intake red?
