This is for the people who have done the swap. Where did you buy the engine? Did you go through G.M. or did you just take it from a junk yard?

I haven't done the swap, but I'll give my 2 cents.

I've got heads, intake manifold, and throttle body for one cheap if ya want. I've got a s/c for one too but I'd like to hang onto that unless the price is right

Check out www.woodfins.com . They have good prices on used engines. the only catch is you have to have it delivered to a business address. but all of their engines come with a warranty and you can select the mileage you're looking for.


I may not be the sharpest crayon in the box, but at least I'm a pretty color

Check your local salvages yards first . You don't want to pay shipping if you don't have to . If there is nothing in your area then try www.car-parts.com . You can search your state or nation wide .
