Is an ECM (electronic control mod.) the same as the BCM?

ECM usually means Engine Control Module, also synonomous with ECU, PCM, etc. The BCM or body control module controls the "comfort" features, such as radio, airbags (not controls, but does communicate with them), windshield wipers, cluster, dome lights, etc. They aren't the same thing.
