Depends on the dealer. I know the guys here pretty well, so they do it for free. Other people, they've charged by the hour.

hey i was woundering i have a 2002 cavalier right that i want to make stick
but i also have the manual trans off a 95 cavalier could i put that trans on the 2002 if i install the pcm with it
