Where, How Would i Get the power supply to them.. Splice a wire or something from somewhere?

any 12v source would do... you could probably wire them up to the headlight 12v positive wire.... the headlights on our cars constantly recieve +12v, and are connected to the ground when you turn on the switch (weird, eh?) Use a multimeter to find which headlight wires give 12 volts, then tap into that wire for the + side of the strobes, and put your switch on the negative wire from the strobes to a chassis ground. Of course, this could be done the opposite way.

it depends when you want them on.... you can wire them to the remote turn on wire of the deck if you have one so they turn on with it, the headlight so they turn on with them, the dimmer switch so they turn on with the dome light, or wire them dirrectly to the battery with a switch so you can turn them on when ever. It all depends when you want them on. If you do run a new wire to the battery throw in a fuse so you dont burn something
