Difference in a 2.2 and a 2200

Alrighty, maybe it's cause I'm a moron, maybe it's cause I'm a girl, maybe it's cause I'm from Kentucky. Maybe it's all of it plus I was dropped on my head as a child but will somebody please answer me something. Whats the deal with the 2200? I have one and have yet to figure out the difference, if there is one at all. and by all means, feel free to call me names...

The 2200 is basically an updated version of the 2.2. Different head, accessories, etc.

One thing I can think of is that one is top feed fuel injection, one is side feed fuel injection.

How abot 2200 Cubic Centimeters = 2.2 Liters or 2 and 1/5th Liters Or 147 Cubic Inches. All hail the metric system!!!!
