no they have a throtle body that sits up above the motor where as the 2200 throtle body sits behind the motor and downward alittle so it will not fit unless you get a curved part to connect to the throtle body

im not sure but it looks like it may fit you will have to get one of those rubber things (looks like a big rubber band or something) to connect the intake to the throtle body its like the rubber part thats in your pic...but to save some money you could just sell that one and buy an injen intake made for the 2200 here is a pic of mine
