OBD II is the name of your computer you have in your vehicle. When it says it's complient, it means that the O2 sensor will plug into it fine and get a reading.

If you want a high-flow cat, get a Magnaflow cat.

How are Dynomax Super Converters? Any good and are they OBD II compliant?

i dunno about ALL dynomax products but my old neon had a dynomax catbck with their super turbo muffler, looked stock accept the inlet and outlets were 2.5 rather than 2.25..it was awesome and sounded great for a lil whlie till the muffler rotted from the inside out.. complete crap

Our cars are bad with a condensation weep hole before the muffler. That would have fixed that for him.
