Hey everyone...
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Chris and I'm from Ephrata, Pennsylvania. I'm sure most of you never heard of that town. Anyways... I have been reading on here for a number of days now and this site definitely is helping me out. I'm really into my car, but I only spend about 10% of my time working on it. Here is what I have:
2001 Chevrolet Cavalier (Red)
2.2 Liter, Manual Transmission
Standard 14" wheels and hubcaps
My car was completely stock when I bought it two years ago and since then I have been doing little mods here and there. I am no mechanic, and I don't attempt to do anything to my car without talking to 18 million people who actually KNOW what they're doing, so that I can learn to do it the right way. I don't race my car, though when I am alone, i do occasionally like to cruise long straight back roads.
Anyways, I'm sure I will have tons of questions on here and maybe with what knowledge I DO have, I can lend my own advice. I'll update my profile and hopefully post some pictures on it soon so you can see what I have to work with. Seriously, my car looks nothing like any car I see you guys posting on here!! But I do have alot of creative ideas that I hope I can make work, and thanks in advance for any advice I'll recieve from you guys!
Well it takes alot of dedication and money (the biggest factor) to reach the point of some us on here but I wish you all the luck. If you ever need any help, just ask. People like myself are here to help.

Hi Chris, welcome! I know where Ephrata is as well, I just moved out of there last December. Have you seen the silver Sunfire around there, with all of the blue? I used to see him cruising Main Street all the time & talked to him once at Wal-Mart, not sure what his name is though, but he was easy to talk to.
I just checked your profile & saw that you're also a graphic designer, me too. I double checked the company's website to see if you work with me, there's a lot of young folks here!
Yeah, I usually see him ALOT during the summer. I have only seen him maybe 3 times since the fall started. He definitely put a ton of work into that car. Yeah, I live in an apartment on state street. Not the greatest of streets in Ephrata, but the place is nice and it's off-street parking for my cavalier!

Figured you'd see him with as much as he cruises around lol... I had an apartment on East Main across from the car wash, but I would have definately taken a place on State over that with all of the traffic on Main. It was impossible to make a left out of our place most hours of the day, especially with the new hotel being built when I was there.
I'll keep an eye out for you the next time I have to go to Agway or visit my brother & his wife out that way. Take it easy!
