every J varies but it should be somewhere around 2600 lbs

only way your gonna be exact is if you take your car to a scale and weigh it yourself.

cant you? but i had my 2003 base model 4 door weighed empty at just a hair over 2600 lbs

Check out MSN auto's for the specs, but my vert weighs in at 3266 lbs w. me in it. I weigh about 150lbs, so the car prob weighs around 3100lbs. Check my registry for my info, I had everything in except the lowering springs/shocks/struts, those were stock the last time I went to the track.

Thats only because since its a unibody design all the metal has to be alot thicker to compensate for the lack of over your head. otherwise the car would fold in half or sag over time. A coupe shouldnt weigh even close to that.
