can someone tell me if i can put a gif file as my signature and how to do so , the link bellow is the link to the gif file i want to use .

Yes, you can, but you need a direct link to the .gif file, not a reference like above.

Something like:

hxxp://www.site.com/dir/image.gif

The my.php?image=xxx.gif is what makes yours not work.

It would work, but that image is almost 1mb (1000kb) in size, the max sig size is 80kb, that exceeds it by more than 10 times the limit.
