took 99redz24 advice

Well I took 99redz24's advice. I went to a local exhaust shop and got a free estimate on a custom exhaust. The piping from the cat back is only $100, all the mufflers that this shop has run about $150. So this will only cost $250, or there about. So I will not be getting the pacesetter exhaust at all. The custom exhaust will be cheapier and also from what I have heard on JBO and on the street tha the Pacesetter exhaust sucks. The only thing that I have to do is investigations on which muffler do I want to get.
DYNAMAX
FLOWMASTER
WICKED FLOW

Duh. Why would you even think something pre-fabricated would be cheaper? Also, I'd suggest shopping online for a muffler. $150 is much too expensive, you should pay less than one-third of that.

I had my custom exchaust from the downpipe back including an exhaust Y pipe for my electric cutout, lotsa cutom bending to get the electrical cutout to fit properly, supplied my own cat and muffler, used a 6" resonator built by the shop and it totaled $190 in the end and sounds way better than any of the pre-fabbed catbacks I've heard and costed a helluva lot less.

Point taken. Will be looking for a muffler and a cat to bring over to the shop, and then have them do their thing.

I am looking for a muffler right now, here is what I am looking at. Looking for feedback on any of these:
NRG
MEDALLION
G2
APEXi
HKS
GREDDY

I like HKS and APEXi, but thats me.

I also like magnaflow and that would be better for a deeper less raspy tone.

I'll recommend the DynoMax Super Turbo because that's what I have personally and I can say it sounds great on my application.

I just put 60 Series Delta Flow - Three Chamber Mufflers Flow Master muffler on my friends 2004 eco, Really nice tone at high rpms, Pretty quite inside the car too, $129.99 cdn funds, Good bang for the buck. I dont think youre gonna want a Cannon type muffler, the are pretty noisy. Just my opinion.

Good Luck with youre searching.

JuggaloZeke thanks for the input. I have done some looking into it, and that is what I have came to as well. The DynoMax is what I will be going with. Now to find one that is at a decent price, because I really do not want to pay $150 for the muffler from the shop.

Where could I get a DynaMax muffler for cheap. All the local shops have them for right around $150. Where on the net?

I noticed one guy up above installed a Flowmaster exhaust system.

My local machine shop will do the cat-back for $200, and I've heard some great things about Flowmaster systems.

Does anyone else here have any experience with them? The other option they had was a Magnaflow system.

I want a deeper tone but not incredibly loud or obnoxious like a fart can. :-)

NOPI is sort of expensive, but you may be able to find one at a smallish parts store for about 65-80 bucks. Also, the sound is pretty mellow but LOUD! DNX makes a good one too.
