Be careful! They ARE a good place to order from, but things did get mixed up with my order. Email someone there about the shipping BEFORE you place your order. I dealt with Chad.

I am in Canada and ordered from them recently. In an email, I asked them to ship to me using USPS and not UPS. My order ended up going out with UPS. After more emailing, Gravana did tell me they would help me out with pricing on my *next* order, due to the mix up.

Here's the shipping deal:

If they ship using UPS Ground, you will have to pay a brokerage fee, and GST. This came to a whopping $68.99 - PLUS $46.25US for shipping - for my slotted rotors, pads and lines.

USPS will hand your package over to Canada Post, who will charge you $5 (you will also have to pay the USPS shipping cost). I haven't actually experienced this, but I did some research, and am pretty sure it's accurate.

I hope this helps somebody. If there's a better way, please share.
