Is there any hidden cost in getting a CAI? I ask because when I bought my remote starter/car alarm, I found I had to buy 10,000 more things to make it work...

yeah, that is what i thought about this alarm/remote starter, that i would just have to hook up 30 wires or so, but i come to find out i need relays, and stuff i never heard of...but i thought that intakes were simple to...just making sure they are...thanks all...
You may have to buy a grommet for the IAT if your CAI doesn't come with an IAT hole already, but that shouldn't be more than a buck and a half.
