Hello All!
I don't know what happened but I am finally on today! I bought a 1995 Cavalier for my Daughter last week and will need a ton o-help with it. Is this the premier place for info on it?
I am pretty new to this site as well, and there are a bunch of guys here that have done some very great things to their cars and everyone here shares what knowledge they have, and will also throw out ideas at you. There are some extremely knowledgeable people here on this site. Just about anything under the sun, you will find the help that you need here. So what are your plans for the car?
Just want to get it up to snuff now. It has 64k original on it and I can see the wires and alternator have been changed. I want to change the fuel filter (when I can find it) and just charged the A/C yesterday since it was blowing kind of warm. It's my Daughter's car so I just want it to run okay for her the next couple of years while she gets some driving time under her belt and hopefully doesn't wreck it. Will also need to fix the cruise control and install a CD player in the near future.

best way for a new guy to get reamed is for him to ask a stupid question that has an answer 4 threads below his on the page. search search search WAAAAY before you ask a question. just about EVERYTHING has be asked and answered on this site. if you can't find it, you didn't look for the right thing.
