me and my friend want to start a car club but we dont know where we need to begin and what we need to do to get it started and off the ground so if anybody out there can help us and if there is a website for this please let us know.

Its just called T2: Tuners now we changed it abit. You need to recruit people search around your home town and find people that you think is worthy. I had stickers made for the members in mine to set us apart and so you know who we are.
Set some rules to follow, for example modding limits, we require something to be done to the car every month. Big or Little. Basically its whatever you want for your club. Finnaly go to car shows get your name out there and have fun!
start recurting at shows, local drag racing events, where ever. but let me tell you one thing, make sure you have good mature people in your club. the less drama the better and longer your club will be around
