so ive done alot of research and asking people who know, and have gotten alot of options for an engine. what do yall think is a fairly easy *with TONS of help* engine to put in, but has the potential to be something great with alot of work.

alot of ppl have been saying to get an ecotec. so they can be fixed up to be fast? *i dont know much about cavalier racing yet*
The Eco has been pushed to 1000+ hp.
Correct, I believe it is the GM team in the sport compact that has it at aroun 1200hp. They have video of a Cobalt smoking an eclipse on a 1/4 mile.
