Chassis Lubrication

I've got a '99 sunfire gt and I am trying to lubricate the chassis. I looked in my Haynes manual, but it just says to inject chassis grease in to the appropriate fittings, it doesn't tell or show where to do this. I can't find the grease fittings on my car. Also, I hear that some chassis are "lubed for life." How does this work, and does it mean I don't have to lube anything? Any pics would be a great help.

Tie rod ends, lubriacte them every time you rotate your tires, every 6,000 miles.
