new to the jbody world

its not my car, its my girls. but its a yellow 02 2.2 ecotec. we have a stereo and tint thus far. i promised her i would lightly mod my brand new truck and not buy another toy car until summer if i could mod her car. and of course she said yes ... so that she gets a modded car. so thats pretty much my hello story. im looking to drop it for her for xmas and get a carbon fiber hood off a friend. ill get into the forums more later on, but im short on time today. so ill research the drop options later. but if anyone would want to leave a few suggestions on the best stuff to use here, that would be awesome. she is still on stock 16"s. she has the sport? ls? i dunno .. some kinda added package, no body kit or anything, but the sportier version, so she has the slightly nicer stock 16" wheels. im wanting to basically elminate ALMOST all the wheel gap. i was thinking ground control coilovers with new shocks/struts. any thoughts?

i hear coilovers give a harsh ride. i have koni reds and eibach sportlines. 1.7 inch drop in front 2.3 inch drop in rear.
since koni reds are no longer made, get koni yellows, or D-specs made by Ticko or however its spelled

Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!

hey thanks for the welcome. i didnt get any email saying there were replies ....

anyway. ive been pretty busy this weekend. im going to slowly mod her car while learning more about drifting .. ugh, not with her car, im looking into something for myself. and i was just informed that a guy wants my truck for a prototype blower. so im stoked about that. i have to pay for parts, he does the rest. which is still a killer deal. anyway, ill be off and on with questions.

how the heck do i get email notifications?
