funniest thing i heard all day. yes it may be a good question to you but 99.5% of the time its a stupid question that gets asked every week but people would rather ask a question then actually search for their answers. no one wants to actually learn something, they want everyone else to spoon feed them. if its a relativily good question that ive only seen or havent seen for that fact, i will answer it or if i dont know the answer i will either point them to someone that does to tell them where to look to find the info. im not going to waste my time though and search for thread for people and waste 5-10 mins everytime i look for a thread because people are too @!#$ lazy to look on their own.

i totally agree with stripped. i try not to be rude on the forums but seriously, there is a ton of information on here. i try not to post something if i see it already posted and i try to steer clear of posts that appear to be looking for the same info i see multiple other people asking for. look through at least the first (if not the first few) page before you ask a question. searching on here is easy and it doesn't take long to do. i've answered multiple questions of my own by just searching instead of starting a new thread and asking. also, for all those non-premium members, it saves posts. i don't see why people get upset at other people because they're too lazy to do their own work.

i recently became a member umm say a week ago, and i havent had any problems with the people on here, everyone seems to wont to help but of course i search theorums for days. Then when i realized i couldnt find the answer on google or in existing forums, it either didnt exist or it was time to post. Maybe people should just remember if you dont have anything nice to say, dont say anything at all.

Example. I have a question, I do what is right, I search before making a thread. While searching, I find say....a dozen threads that have a topic title similar to what I am looking for. Open the first one, "search", "this has been asked a thousand times," "get off here n00b." Go to the second thread, "search," "go kill yourself," why don't you search before you post?"

I can tell you now that is a good reason not to search. Yeah, there may be a dozen threads about what I am asking, but they are so full of @!#$ I might as well head out to the garage blind, with no info from JBO at all.

My suggestion, if you have nothing to add, don't add anything at all. If you are going to complain, at bare minimum point the person asking to a thread which answers the question so the next person that searches and gets the thread they can refer to another thread that has the answer.

Flame on. You know what I am talking about and will probably deny it, but you can't deny the truth....cuz it happens.
