My wife owns one as well, but only thing I do to it is regular maitanace.
mostly everybody here has the 2.4L engine that you have but not in a grandam but you can still get the same performance parts for it that you would from a cav, or alero, or malibu, or achieva, or etc.
GMR has got nothing on this
