okay so i finally got my intake in the mail today, pretty sure it came with everything
now it said no instructions, but this seems like its going to be harder than i thought....i know theres no universal set for installing, but can somebody run something by me?
i have a 99 olds alero 2.4l twin cam
same engine as the cavalier z24 so i was informed to buy an intake for the cavalier because it fits my car, problem is theres no instructions and before i start messing with the car i need some help
my friend told me not to remove the O2 censor, but then on another forum i saw some aleros which looked like the O2 censor was gone, but i am clueless
maybe you should try Aleromod.com, where us Alero owners live?
The O2 sensor is in the exhaust. The IAT sensor is in the intake.

your intake installed should look something like this. it should give you an idea on how to install it. all you need is a screw driver and a wrench
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
thank you, i needed a picture like that to make sure what im about to do looks right
lol well while were on the subject, i have 91 sunbird, and i looked in the pictures, where do i buy the pieice that goes directly onto the throttle body, (the pieice that then connects to the rest of the intake tube)
easy 2 do. hard 2 screw up
