Ive got a 02 Cav 2.2 OHV. I put a Pacesetter hedder + 21/4 full exhaust pipe ,magnaflow high flow cat and muffler. Sense I put it on it seems to idle funny .It almost acts like I got a Full blown race cam but as far as I know I don't. Plus It when I down shift the exhaust seems to sound like a pop corn popper. But at idle it it lopes pretty bad.
if i plank on mine it kinda stutters until the revs get up there, and it does that going up a hill in 5th and my uncle (mechanic) told me my wires may be bad somthing about the cross over.
Do you have a resonator in that thing?
how about your o2 sensor, is that hooked up? Or did you forget to hook that up? Which wire did you end up lengthening? The o2 sensor side or the harness side (tho maybe you didn't need too, on the quad you do.
Did you disconnect the map sensor for some strange reason?
