well I am barely starting on the whole fixing my car....I had a question, my friends tells me to put on a camshaft, but I was wondering, how much HP do u gain?......so far I have a cold air intake, performance muffler, NKG iridium spark plugs, and took off the resonator..
It would help to know what you drive...
Or better what engine you have...
I have a 99 cavalier with the 2.2l
As far as I know, anyone with that motor who has a cam had to have it custom made. I read an S10 cam will work.
BUT you have a pushrod engine. Your cam is not easy to get to. Might as well drop the engine. Not worth it.
