newbie question about Cavalier

Hello, I'm currently a college student and I found a 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier RS Coupe for sale near me. I was hoping I could get some help. The asking price Is $1,099 with 101,658 miles. What type of issues should I check for when I go look at the car? Any help would be great
