^^Well put RFOGALX...Welcome to the fabulous J DRAMA forums...!
Thats actually really clean for a car that old, under the hood and everything. Could use a little degreasing, but thats nothing big.
Got any plans for it?
Well, i didnt expand the first pic, its got a little rust.... Id get that worked out before you get a LOT of it
otherwise, not a bad looking car.
dude if you put a system in that it will be worth more than the car!:p and welcome!!

Everyone has to start out somewhere...Including those who are bashing you. I'm sure their ride wasn't much when they started. Welcome :-)

welcome!
First things first, take care of the rust and shave that damn dealer's badge off the truck. I always hated when dealers did that, I took it right off of my '91 Grand AM when I still had it.

Clean for how old it is.
Yes, it's my REAL car. No, it is NOT photoshopped or "this is how my car will look someday". It's the REAL DEAL.
Good ol org... still has people who think their sh*t don't stink
Dude don't worry about what the haters have to say... Every painting started as a blank canvas.

sorry mike i think its a nice car to start with but......................... your full of it if you think thats what your car is running in the 1/4
02 Cavalier sedan ECOTEC
screw the engine build, show cars are cheaper and dont break as often
^^ My 93 Sundird was proabably a 17 second car.... but thier is no way that trap speed could be accurate.
I had a 2 door version with a 5-speed of the same car when I joined.... those 2.0 OHC engines just won't blow up
They are actually pretty good cars... their just kinda slow,,, I think to fastest 0-60 time I ever pulled off was a little over 9 seconds.....
Completely stock... Mine hit 60 in something like 11 secs and prob ran high 19's in the quater.
Mine was a munaul though... and that makes a big diferance in those cars.
Befor it got totaled... I could outrun a 2200 3rd gen easy... but couldn't even come close to touching a z24.... but the car had a bit of home made crap done to it..
Welcome and enjoy.
No big on the piece aspect, my 98 had to have 2k dropped on it before everything worked right (thus upping what my parents paid for the car to 5k). Thats a good learner car, you can tinker with it and not worry so much about breaking something (as long as it runs). I'd do some fiberglassing for it if I were you. Anyways, welcome to JBO
