Part Swaps!!!

I have been reading alot about certain part swaps; 086 heads, quad 4 ( In which I believe are the same thing...correct me if I'm wrong.) "secret cams."

What parts have been found for performance, where do they come from, and what kinda power gains do you get? What are you talking about!?!? lol . You have to forgive me, but most tuners I hang around are 'honda artards' and people who don't have a clue about cars, so I know about the dreaded B and K series motors (dry heave). I know. I know. (guess i should find some new friends! lol) Please some one explain like I'm a two year old, I know what parts you're talking about (heads, headers, gaskets, etc.) I just want it to be explained so when I start tweaking my motor (2.4L LD9 twin cam) I have an idea of what's already been proven as reliable power. BTW; Anyone out there that's been around the block, and wouldn't mind taking a newbie j enthusiast under his/her wing. I would greatly appreciate you emailing me, or if you live in the Valdosta, Ga area, helping me out.

Yes... you are wrong.....

an O86 head doesn't come on a quad 4 stock.

WHAT KIND OF CAR AND ENGINE DO YOU HAVE.... WE NEED TO KNOW THAT PART.

If you wan't to find out this info... thats what the forums are for.... but.....

assuming you have a 2.4 (LD9) motor....

AEM intake, full exaust, turbo tech racing motor mounts, secret cams, 2.3 manifold and TB, spec-2 stage 2 clutch, fidenza flywheel, koni struts, Ibach springs (or a good coil over system), msd conversion, rsetune with HPtuners, braided brake lines, and some good brake pads and shoes.

I didn't specify an exaust brand because personal preferance comes into play way too much.... but that is a really common setup for an N/A car without having to completely tear apart the engine.

Just look around the site....
