Hey guys I'm in the process of building a custom turbo kit for my 1999 sunfire with a 2000 cavalier 2200 engine. I was wondering what type and size fuel injectors I should get to support my turbo? I have thought about getting 240cc Venom fuel injectors, I noticed that the Hahn turbo kit comes with 240cc so I figured that would be good but I've seen some guys putting 600cc fuel injectors in their sunfires but most of them use the ecotec. I was hopeing to run my turbo kit at 10psi and possibly 12psi with some additional engine mods. Right now the engine is currently stock, but the interior, exterior and brake system have been upgraded I'll post pics for you guys soon. Anyway thanks for your help guys.
Oh they do use higher injectors? mmm.... odd... their site says 240cc... must be a typo...anyway.. I was hopefully planning to get as close as 250hp as I can. I don't know how much boost a 2200 OHV 115hp can take stock... So any suggestions on what boost I should put feel free to give input I'm open minded. Well guys have to run, have a good one.
You'll blow it up before you hit 250 on that particular engine. For 250hp you'll need about 440cc worth of fuel. I did make a mistake though, stock on the 2.2 OHV is 192cc, but 240cc would be good for maybe 150-160hp and thats about it. You can get smaller than 440cc injectors and increase the fuel pressure to make them seem like 440's, its a trade off really.

Buy stuff from CarCustoms Ebay! Won't be disappointed!
General if you want to run 12-15psi, I would use 450cc.
