Total Newb - 2 98 Sunfires

Hows it goin... First, an introduction...
I'm Mike. I'm from Indianapolis, Indiana. New to the site, new to car mods.

I currently have a green 98 four door Pontiac Sunfire SE (2.2). No mods besides the sound system.
  • Sony Xplod 4x6s
  • Pioneer DEH-P5800MP
  • dual 12" Type Rs
  • Planet Audio VX1400D

I've also a Kicker KX 1200.1 that was just pulled out to sell.

As of Thursday, I bought a Black 98 Sunfire GT (2.4) 2 door coupe from my uncle. Its all factory also. A lot of the engine parts were replaced because it wouldn't start or run. It turned out to be an electrical issue. It runs great now and my uncle says "It'll pin you to the seat". I've only drove it once when he was in the car so I couldn't test it like I wanted, but I'm planning on moddin this one out over the next year or so.
I'm gonna switch stereo equipment out from the green to the black. I'm going to keep the four door stock and use it more as a daily driver or let my girlfriend drive it. I also have a Fusion F2000 alarm I'm going to have installed in the black after the transfer.

These are huge goals, and I know its gonna take a year or two to get them all together (hopefully no hiccups) but its what I would like to happen and make this thing a beauty.
First off, my ultimate goal performace wise is for a supercharger (maybe just a turbo) with plenty of other things first.
Show-wise, the goal is for a body kit, custom paint, suicide lambo doors.

Heres some ideas I've had floating around to start out with, because I can't spend much on it yet... and I'm defintely not a mechanic lol. I figure these are faily easy to take care of myself..
  • Cold air intake
  • performance plugs & wires
  • carbon fiber tail lights
  • sway bars
  • brake system

Now, here are my issues...
Hood has a tiny (dime size) ding at the bottom near the latch Its like someone smacked the hood while it was up with an antenna. Thought about a new hood, the evil eyes hoods are nice, but thats near the bottom of my list. Quarter size ding on back drivers side quarter panel. I figure I could bondo it or somethin before paint. Odometer clicks when you're driving. Speedometer works fine, but odometer is broke. Probably gonna get one from the junk yard and dress it up. Driver's side mirror glass is missing. I've thought about completely replacing these with carbon fibers.

Anyway, I know this post is huge, but I thought I'd post my thoughts and see what kind of insight you guys can give me. Anything you can think of would be great. I only have around $100-150 a week that I can spare on the car, which is why I'm starting off with small stuff.
Like I said, I'm not a mechanic but I love to learn and can get help.
Thanks,
Mike.

lol, Did I mention I'm no mechanic and that I'm a total newb :p
I just named a few parts a friend of mine suggested.. He was speaking in reference to my green sunfire (2200) so I just assumed the parts would mainly be the same. I actually havn't looked under the hood of the black one yet. Just drove it a couple miles and parked it.
