Hey everyone im a newb to this joint, but anyway I have a 1999 rs coupe, The car is in excellent condition, but i noticed that my abs light comes on from time to time and a local mechanic wants to charge me $50 just to check it out, can anyone tell me what could be wrong with it, I was told that my brakes are like new, so could it be just a censor problem.
yes, most likely it might be the ABS sensor.....check at what speed the light comes on...most likely will be after you pass at certain speed... you need a OBD scanner and it will let you know
