I've been lurking the forums for a few weeks and finally, I've decided to join in.
I'm from Puerto Rico and currently own a 1995 Base Cavalier with a 5 speed that was given to me by my father after I had to sell my 1994 Mazda Protege in order to pay for my studies in college. ( I miss that car ).
The Cavalier, surprisingly, runs in the family. Owned brand new by my uncle in which he used it and beat the crap out of it, got into a accident and got it fixed only to leave it in front of my house years later in which my dad came and bought it from him. He fixed it up and beat the crap out of it as well while still giving it good maintenance. Now I finally have it and...you guessed it, I;m beating the crap out of it but much less and only when at the track..and yes, the maintenance. lol.
It's pretty much stock with a muffler, cone filter and nothing much else really. I'm a laid back and calm kind of guy so I hope to make some good friends and get along with everyone.

the best thing to do is read the stickies in every forum before asking questions... and use your time here to learn everything you can about your car... granted you're reading people's posts, and people can be wrong at times, but generally you'll learn a lot here. and eventually you'll be able to jump in on a turbo discussion, or help out in the repair forums...
