a full tune up (plugs [ngk or delco. stay the @!#$ away from bosch], boots, injector cleaner, air filter, fuel filter, front o2 sensor) oil change, coolant flush, both radiator hoses. THEN consider other stuff.

Will those miles I would suggest just budgeting in a water pump as well.

At 148k you I would advise you to look into purchasing and installing a new timing chain and check the transmission fluid. If the fluid is bad then get a flush and fill. You want to pay attention and make sure all the major work has been taken care of so your vehicle will have a longer life. You can get into the minor stuff later like tune-ups, O2 sensors, oil change, brakes etc. Keep in mind that anything can happen with a vehicle at high mileage. So take care of what you have invested in.

If your going to replace the waterpump and timing chain..... that would be a good time to but a set of cams in there

It seems to me you need help with your english. By the way speaking in txt using words like wit and B4 are among the quickest ways to get pegged as a noob.

The first things I would buy for it would be the things Rich Grayo Jr. mentioned. Your very first engine mod should be poly engine mounts. Then I would look into a front and rear strut tower bar, a cold air intake and exhuast.
