I just joined this site, so I figured the best place to put my first post would be here. lol
My name is Jen. Though I am new to this site, I am not new to Cavaliers. I had a 2000 as my first car (unfortunately it was totaled) and now have another 2000 which I am hoping to mod and just generally have fun.
I look forward to interacting with everyone.
I don't suffer from insanity...I enjoy every minute of it!
Where abouts in Michigan are you located?
West side of the state here, one of the few.
Welcome BTW.
Detroit area here. Fun cars to play with.
My first was a 00 and now I have a 02 and 98 (averages out to 00
)..
I'm from the Detroit area.
Joe: Yeah, seems to be rare to find people from the Western side of Michigan on forums for some reason! (Probably too busy enjoying the scenery...I hear it's beautiful out that way :-).

Yeah, I live in South Haven which is a mainly tourist town on Lake Michigan (little north of i-94). Thankfully right now I rent a block from the lake here in town, it's amazing in the summer months. I complain about it all the time but in reality I love living here. Some of the lakefront homes out here are unreal, along with the price tags that go with them.
Not to mention there's not much of a car scene over here, some, but not much of one.

Well welcome to the .org and I would also like to say hello to a neighbor (close enough anyways).
I have lived in Warren for 24 years.

Actually its not that great.
I lived in Grand Rapids, MI for 17 years, west side of the state, close to Lake Michigan.
The roads are always near the top for the worst roads in the state and rank pretty high for the country. There are no jobs, everything is closing down and going overseas and to Mexico, the foreclosure rate on houses ( 1 in every 7), well Kent county, one of the highest in the state, and Michigan in general has one of the highest forcloseure rates in the country. Michigan also has the greatest amount of people moving from the state, one of only two states ( other was RI) that lost population last year.
Michigan is a complete @!#$hole to live in, and I would advise anyone living there to move away.
