2000 2.4 sunfire engine swap

I managed to pick up a 2000 sunfire for free and would like to swap the engine. What engines are availible to swap for this yr of sunfire? Anything ecotec availible?

Well ill help by saying yes the eco will fit no problems and is a easy swap being you have a 2k up. Now go search around and youll find how tos and all that in the forum..there is a ton of info on it.

Is there anything wrong with the engine in it now???? If not then why swap??????? Why the want for an Eco?
