Will a 1996 2.2 fit in a 1992 that has a 2.2.

Hey man, I'll go ahead and say that I dont know much, but if you use the little search feature we've got here you'll have a ton of answers. But for my money I'd say its a safe bet that a 2.2 will swap with another 2.2.
I would find a pre-95 2.2L to put in. Due to the engine control systems. The 1992 is OBD 1 and the 1996 is a OBD 2, i do not know exactly how much work would have to be done to rewire the engine for OBD 1 since i have never done it.
