3.3L in a '00 Sunfire GT

I just recently took out the crank in my 2.4L when the #3 ConRod bearing died.
I am looking for anyone that can describe to me a "parts needed" and "to do" list to help me swap the 3.3L out of my GrandAm LE into the 'fire since I am really not too fond of the LD4 (?).
Ive already replaced the water-pump and headgasket in the 2.4L motor, and havent had ANY problems with the 3.3L over the years, and have owned it for twice as long.
I know its probably been asked to death here, but I am new on here... so if anyone can steer me in the right direction, that'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Parts needed:
All tools required for removal and installation of both motors.
To do:
lots of research
build a custom subframe
Make mounts
swap ecus and engine wiring harnesses.
